Primary Responsibility

• Act as customer service representative of WPS when in the field
• Professionally and promptly handle customer inquiries and/or complaints  
• Promptly take appropriate action to resolve customer concerns

Daily Responsibility

• Attend construction meetings
• Locate and mark power location and site measurements
• Review building conditions… dock, elevator etc
• Deliver and review VD/Power plans with GC
• Review install plans with GC
• Review power locations and Type (power pole or base feeds) with GC
• Set up pre-install meeting with project team
• Set up install with building
• Confirm COI is on file from PC
• Track direct trucks with PC
• Organize and oversee labor crews at job site
• Train install crews on new furniture installs
• Communicate daily with team regarding progress, issues, and concerns with project.
• Document shortages, damages, and change orders.
• Check product for discrepancies, damage, documents and communicate to project team   
• Daily project site visits.
• Daily install pictures to project team
• Prepare punch list and claims using Plangrid
• Ensure all work is complete: scope of work, punch list items and change orders to close out project
• Participate in team meetings.
